All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Please review all previews and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. License & Usage Rights
When you purchase a design, you are granted a non-exclusive commercial license to use the design on physical products.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Packaging (paper bags, boxes, tags)
- Cups (e.g. takeaway cups)
- Wrapping paper
- Stickers
- Merchandise
You are allowed to use the design to create and sell physical products for your brand.
You are not purchasing ownership of the design.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Resell, share, or redistribute the design file
- Claim the design as your own artwork
- Upload or sell the design on marketplaces
- Transfer the file to another person or business
- Sell the design as a standalone digital product
The license only allows use on final physical products, not resale of the design itself.
5. Custom Design Work
Custom design services are available upon request.
For custom projects:
- Scope and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins
- Payment terms will be communicated in advance
- Custom work is non-refundable once the design process has started
- Final files are delivered after full payment
6. File Delivery
After purchase, files will be available for download.
You are responsible for securely storing your files. If you experience issues, you may contact us for support.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the intellectual property of Studio Buwa.
Purchasing a design grants usage rights only, not ownership.
Unauthorized use or redistribution may result in license termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Studio Buwa is not responsible for printing errors, production issues, or business outcomes resulting from the use of purchased designs.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper usage and production quality.
